We offer three membership options to allow for choice, training variety and to meet your needs.

Carpark Crew

This program is run by Trent Dolman in our carpark area using exclusively dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight movements with the purpose of building functional hypertrophy.

  • 3x morning sessions per week Running at 5AM & 5:30AM on Wednesdays through to Fridays
  • Hurtlocker every Saturday
  • Free  use of our infrared sauna for recovery!

Bars & Bells

This is our flagship gym membership which incorporates both kettlebell and barbell training along with miscellaneous training methods. Designed to ensure you’re gaining strength, muscle mass, losing fat and improving health.

  • Unlimited small group PT sessions per week with access to  40+ time slots
  • Hurtlocker every Saturday
  • Free  use of our infrared sauna for recovery!
  • Functional Movement Screen & initial assessment
  • Kick Start Nutritional Guidance Plan

Access to the same classes as Bars & Bells with the same structured programming options but limited to three 30 minute sessions per week.
